About Me
Meet Pepper, a building industry veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. He started his career in mortgage origination while also remodeling homes for resale. Eventually, he obtained real estate licenses in three different states and worked as a real estate broker/brokerage in North Carolina.
However, Pepper’s true passion lies in systems-built housing and land development rather than traditional site-built homes. After experiencing the manufactured approach to housing, he quickly realized that it was much easier and more rewarding than rehabilitating old homes.
His expertise in the industry is evident in the hundreds of homes he has built and consulted on, spanning various markets and all types of builds and building conditions. In particular, Pepper’s focus on modular homes is driven by his belief that the process avoids many of the headaches of home building while still offering an exceptional value to homeowners.
Pepper is passionate about helping homeowners navigate the decision-making process of choosing a floor plan, builder/manufacturer, and other critical decisions that come with building a home. His consulting services are designed to support homeowners, saving them both time and stress throughout the process while also providing expert guidance on ways to save money.
